FulcrumLens is a student-led research publication. We produce concise, rigorous reports on bankruptcies, liability-management exercises and distressed transactions, from the liquidation waterfall to the fulcrum security.
Restructuring is one of the most opaque corners of finance. We want to make it understandable and rigorously analysed, so a complex situation reads clearly to anyone willing to engage with it.
Each report adds to a growing, accessible archive of restructuring analysis, building over time into a reference students and newcomers can actually learn the field from.
We want the students who research with us to leave with genuine fluency in restructuring and distressed debt, and a credible signal to the desks they are aiming for.
